We use a collaborative cohort style to make the learning specific for individual programs. Everyone will achieve, but at different rates. Some will become rock stars as parts of business or education, meaning you will have a lifelong group of people to call on for help, advice, and expertise.
Trainings are progressive and they depend on skills and abilities. Cohorts are limited to 10-15 participants with a schedule that is responsive to staffing challenges.
